We are developing operations procedures for programs to be operated in communities where they are needed.
- We must counter children's indoctrination into the negativity that is common in low-income communities. We must help parents understand that this indoctrination affected them too.
- We must prepare children for academic success with reading and arithmetic skills. We must teach parents a healthy respect for their children's educational needs.
- We must teach children social skills that will enable them to succeed in mainstream society. We must encourage parents to model goal setting and achievement.
- We must offer moral and spiritual guidance.

Tutor Inspire Mentor Empower (T.I.M.E.)
While our programs are not exclusive, we must redirect the lives of at-risk adolescent Black males since they are statistically most like to go to prison or die young.
- Tutoring will be conducted in conjunction with regularly scheduled after school programs.
- Field Trips will allow students to attend government sessions, historical sites, and other places deemed to be conducive to positive self image development.
- Academic Achievement Awards will be distributed to top academic achievers in participating schools.
- College Visits will encourage students to pursue further education.
- Career Seminars will feature professionals who overcame challenging backgrounds from various fields to enable students to make informed decisions about their career interests.
- On the Job Career Exploration will allow students to spend time in professional environments with mentors to empower them to raise their expectations for themselves.
- Job Placements students will be placed in entry level jobs in professional environments.
- Scholarships Students who are accepted into Trade Schools, Colleges or Universities will be recruited by school faculties to apply for scholarships.
Become a We Must Love Us Foundation Hero
Family Oriented Redevelopment & Kinship (F.O.R.K.)
We intend to build facilities that will enable drug addicted single mothers to get drug treatment and counseling without being separated from their children.
After detoxing and undergoing intense therapy, the mothers will begin life skills, parenting, vocational training and employment while living in independent living structures. This employment will be in institutional and/or commercial companies that will fund (F.O.R.K) operations. Age-appropriate children will also be allowed to participate in vocational training.
Family counseling and appropriate treatment for children will be provided to insure the family's productive reentry into society.
